Our client are a leading city law firm who are keen to develop their corporate and capital markets practice.
They act for existing and aspiring public companies at all stages of their life cycle which will expose the successful candidate not only to listing and financing transactions on the Main Market and AIM, but also public and private M&A and increasingly corporate governance and shareholder engagement and activist situations involving public companies.
The focus predominantly in certain industry sector areas where our in-depth knowledge adds real value: natural resources, financial services, technology (including fintech), and retail.
