A respected West End (Legal 500) London Commercial Property team are looking for a new addition to lead them at partner level. The role will involve dealing with a wide and varied commercial property work. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain good client relationships. You will be involved in marketing and business development within the department. My client are growing and looking to grow over the next 5 years and beyond. You will be advising on all aspects of commercial and high value property transactions both in the UK and internationally. Client base includes investors, developers, landlords and high net worth individuals.
You will be working on the whole property cycle from the initial heads of terms, through to the acquisition, development, leasing, joint venturing and financing of the property and then, finally, the exit.
