Non-Executive Board Director

Based in Suffolk, Havebury Housing Partnership provides Social Housing across the Cambridge Sub Region, north Essex and south Norfolk. We employ 180 staff, own and manage 6,000 properties and have an annual turnover of £32 million. This is a forward looking and innovative organisation, committed to the advancement and development of its residents and communities.
We are currently looking for a Non-Executive Board Director to join our profit making subsidiary, Havebury Homes. You will be joining the Board at an exciting time as it develops its first homes for sale.
We are looking for someone with commercial development skills either in terms of construction and/or marketing and the sale of homes.
The Board is likely to meet up to six times a year, but will meet more frequently either formally or informally as required.
