Group Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for my client 'a leading global digital agency' who are looking to recruit a 'Group Financial Controller'. The role will be reporting directly into the CEO/CFO and you will be seen the pivotal figure head for the finance function.

Responsibilities include:

To lead and develop the finance team. 

Oversee all financial accounting activities and ensure management reporting is timely and in accordance with company policies.

Continue with the development of the quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and long term financial plans.

Delivery of annual budget through continuous monitoring of financial performance and key KPI's.

Liaise with all key stakeholders to communicate and deliver on budget and monthly reporting requirements.

The above is just a brief outline of some of the responsibilities. The individual will as mentioned been seen as the head figure for all finance and enjoy working with key stakeholder in understanding there financial position and offering advice where required.

The individual will be a qualified accountant and its highly desired that they will have an agency background. You will have worked within a group function and as a lead. The working environment and company ethos is built on hard work, fun and team ethics. The correct cultural fit is essential.
