THE ROLE:
Are you currently been forced to lower your career aspirations? Fed up of been told in a couple of years time you will have the opportunity to do this and that? Nothing materialised?? Due to the continued success of this leading regional law firm they have now decided to extend their legal services to the East Midlands market and are now looking to appoint Senior Lawyers to play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing at the moment. Working on behalf of a number of high profile clients who are household names, the appointed Commercial Property Partner will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings as well as deal with your own caseload of commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property development, leases, asset management and also licences.

THE CANDIDATE:
As the appointed Commercial Property Partner you will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law but may well be feeling frustrated by your current firm's direction. You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including development and investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters. You will have developed a strong network of contacts (that will be only too pleased to instruct you on future matters) and will be a strong and motivational leader. Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You must have a following for this role and the firm are also open to hearing about team moves.
