Real Estate Lawyer - London 3+ PQE
Our client a leading blue chip now seeks a talented real estate lawyer to join its high profile team.
The organisation is considered a leader in this area and the teams work closely with a variety of innovative organisations and individuals. The team provides advice and strategy to clients involved in a range of property negotiations, including advising on and managing a wide range of commercial transactions where necessary.
They act on high value property matters including a broad range of domestic and cross border issues. The role also liaises with the other teams in the organisation giving broad exposure to a range of individuals and clients.
It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be a UK-qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, the majority of which should have been gained in a high calibre private practice firm.
You will have considerable experience in and knowledge of all aspects of real estate and commercial property and will be able to take on a high degree of responsibility, including drafting, negotiating, disposals, acquisitions and development projects.
