Highly regarded law firm with a very interesting mix of clients ranging from significant commercial entities to social enterprises and charities aims to appoint a developing property lawyer for their very successful property team.
The successful property lawyer will work on a wide range of matters which may include:
Major commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Investment Properties
Estate work
Acquisition of land for development of commercial property
Redevelopment
Property Portfolio work
Landlord and Tenant work
With regard to level the Firm has an open mind but would expect the successful Property Lawyer to have developed at least 1 years post qualification experience to have the required skill set to cope with the case load that awaits.
