Hastoe owns and manages approx 6,000 homes across the south of England. We are a rural specialist with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation.
We are seeking up to three new Board members with strong financial skills and/or experience of the housing association sector. We are particularly looking for chartered accountants and/or candidates with a strong understanding of treasury management and the banking and capital markets. You must be working or have worked at a senior level within your organisation. Having an interest in rural communities and/or environmental sustainability is desirable.
You must understand and be committed to the provision of good governance and playing an active role in strategic leadership of the Group. The role requires at least 15 days a year to attend Board and Committee meetings and training and also on occasion to represent Hastoe at seminars, staff conference and scheme openings. The Board meets six times a year, mainly in central London.
